Up to 100 Guests – $5650
101 to 150 Guests - $5900
151 to 200 Guests - $6150

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover as well as PayPal and Checks.  Any bank fees for checks returned for insufficient funds will be applied to the balance. All payments methods require that a credit card be provided to Stoneyman Valley Ranch at time of deposit. This will be used for outstanding charges or potential charges due to damages during the Event. Client will be provided an itemized list of charges if this occurs. 

Payment Schedule:

Upon Signing Contract                 Non Refundable Deposit $500*
6 months before Event                 $2,500
3 months before Event                 $1,500
30 days before Event                   Remaining Balance
Start of Event                              Last minute added services balance


* Both the signed contract and the deposit is require to lock in the date for the Client.  Failure to provide both could result in the loss of your reservation.
